Well OH MY GOD!!! We bought a house today! I feel like I am jumping into this, but we have been looking long enough! The house that I said we went to look at- we hated! We definitely liked features about it, but overall, we hated it! BUT the other house that I said the listing expired and had an offer made- the seller made a counter offer- then we were able to get an offer in- the seller accepted it and then revoked their counter offer! It happened so fast, but we are so excited, and it wasn't as stressful this way! Hopefully the rest of the process won't be stressful either! Now everyone has to come visit, we have a pool and a jacuzzi, and a great backyard- WITH GRASS!!! It is a little patch, but grass none-the-less!!! It is a great house and we are very happy!
