Well we have been putting off buying a house long enough! John is probably not going to go to SOS before Christmas, so we are going to just bite the bullet and move on this house business! I started to talk with mortgage companies yesterday, but we haven't made a final decision on who we are going to go with. We did find out though that we are already approved for a loan, so I called the realtor today. We are very excited, although the first house that we got super excited about is not listed anymore!:( The listing expired yesterday, but someone got an offer in just in time. We are waiting to see if they accept the offer, or if they are going to relist it. We are going to look at a house today, I really like this one too. There are definitely things I like and don't like about each house. I just hope we find something that we fall in love with! When you are spending this much money on a house, I sure do hope we fall in love with it! Anyway, this house is 2 stories, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 car garage, pool and grass! It sounds good, so hopefully we will like it as much when we see it. AND hopefully we can get it for a good price- now that it is a buyers market!

I may not update Eric's website until next week, I seem to be very busy talking with mortgage companies and finiding a house. If I have time, I will do it, if not- next Monday!:)
