On Friday we went over to John's squadron and was able to fly the simulator of the A-10. I wasn't sure that I would really like it, but it was so much fun! We were able to fly around Tucson and drop bombs and shoot the gun! It was really fun! Dawn was able to fly with another A-10, but ended up crashing into the mountain, and broke the simulator!:) They fixed it, but it was really funny!!!
We also went out to the jet and got to climb up and see inside. We let the baby sit inside and see what it feels like to be a fighter pilot! He liked it!!!:)
John's graduation was Friday afternoon. It was in a hanger, which was neat, but kinda hot! I thought it was ok though, there was a nice breeze coming in, so it wasn't bad at all! It was pretty short, but very nice. Joh
n won a top gun award, for '45 High Angle Dive Bombs'. I think that is right. The whole thing was very nice, we were so proud of him!!!That night, we went to a party down the street, and got a babysitter!!! She- Tonya- came over right as we were getting home from graduation. We gave Eric his bath and gave him his bottle. Tonya just had to be here when he went to bed. We had a really good time at the party, and it was nice that it was so close, we just walked! It was a good time had by all!!!:)
