horseback riding...

I'm a big boy sitting at the table!!! YEAAH!!!

Well tonight was another 3rd Friday for the guys, so a few wives and kids got together again, this time at Peter Piper Pizza. It was a lot of fun, but it will be much better when this little turkey starts walking! He had fun, but I had to carry him all over, because I surely wasn't letting him down to crawl all over that floor!!!:) Call me crazy- and maybe I am- but I just couldn't! ANYway, we still had a good time! We ate bread sticks and pizza, played some games, won some tickets, and best of all- we rode the carousel! When I first put Eric on the little horse, he giggled and bounced up and down. He loved it- until it started! He got a little nervous, and tried to get off. I kept him on it and said 'Wee' and 'Isn't this fun', and soon enough he was smiling again- while holding onto the horse with one hand, and my shirt with the other! We rode a few more times throughout the night, and he got better each time! Although, by the end of the night he was getting pretty sleepy. I put him on the horse and he was fine, but since it took a while before they actually started it, Eric had his feet up by the horses ears and was laying backwards almost doing a back flip- doing a little trick riding! (He was just practicing for the rodeo!) Anyway, I took that as a signal that he really didn't want to ride again!!!:) Even though he can't walk yet, we still had a good time!
