closing...

Oh yeah, we pretty much signed and closed on our house yesterday! Our 'closing' is not supposed to be until the 26th- Happy Birthday to me- but I guess we had to go sign papers to close the loan- so the title company could get them to the lender and have them back by the 26th! The seller will go sign papers that day, but we are finished! Everything will post on the 26th, and we be home owners!!! I just wish they were leaving already! They are going to lease the house from us for 1 month, so we won't be moving until the end of November. We are still very excited, and the lease will give us a little extra money anyway! So now that we have a house with a pool and jacuzzi, you all will have to come visit us!
