weekend...

Well, this weekend wasn't terrible, but surely could have been better! Saturday morning we got up and went to Sears. That is when we went to see Santa, so it wasn't bad yet! Saturday afternoon we hung pictures in the house, so it actually was pretty productive! Saturday night- our friends Jen and Tim (Kate's mom and dad!) had a party. Well there was a slight screw up with our babysitter, and long story short- we didn't have one! So I hate to be this person but... I called Jen and asked her if we could bring an uninvited guest! I know I put her in a bad situation, but she graciously said yes! Well we went and only stayed about an hour, Eric had just about had it!, and I'm sure the other guests were glad to see us go! Anyway, it was fun while it lasted! But... we did come home and decide to try out the hot tub! Although it took about 2 hours to heat up, it was wonderful!!!



Then Sunday came and we were supposed to go to the Children's Christmas party (12-3) on base and see Santa. Well we put Eric down for a nap at 10:15ish, and he got up at 2! AND he had pooped everywhere! And when I say everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE!!! So by the time we got him up, cleaned him up, changed him, cleaned the bed, started laundry and fed him lunch- it wasn't worth the effort to make it to the party! Although I heard that it was very nice, and Santa was great!!!

I was supposed to go my friend Katie's cookie exchange party too, but after we went grocery shopping, I totally forgot- sorry Katie! (I have talked to her already- I'm not really apologizing on here!)

Anyway, so we got a few more things done here, but didn't really do anything that I had planned to do all weekend!!!
